Dansville Man Arrested for Forcible Touching of 10-Year-Old

DANSVILLE – A Dansville resident has been arrested following an investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office into an alleged incident involving a minor. According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Daniel Rivera Sr., 55, was arrested and charged with forcible touching, a Class A misdemeanor. Authorities allege that Rivera inappropriately touched the private area of a 10-year-old child in September 2015.
