A 19-year-old Nunda woman was arrested following an investigation into cocaine sales in the Village of Geneseo.
Megan T. Allison was arrested on February 4, 2020 by members of the Livingston County Drug Task Force. The Geneseo Police Department charged Allison following a Livingston County Superior Court indictment warrant with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (class B felony) and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (also a class B felony). The arrest culminated an investigation into the sale of powder cocaine in the Geneseo area.
Allison was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for pre-arraignment detention. She was later arraigned by Judge Jennifer Noto in the Livingston County Court. The Judge did release Allison on her own recognizance and Deputies set Allison free.
Allison was provided a court date for future appearance.
