Starting with a match against Aquinas (September 9), the Bulldogs won, showing their determination. After a loss to Leroy (September 11), the Bulldogs won against Hornell (September 15), and Wayland-Cohocton (September 17).
“With a group of dedicated athletes, the girls have shown to be a strong opponent on the court,” said Coach Kristen Kierlwimmer in a press release. “The girls volleyball is off to a strong start, and our first game with Aquinas showed that we will push to the end.”
Top performers for the team have consistently included Kelly Hierlwimmer, Nicole Donnelly, Olivia Harrington, and Savannah Berry. The Bulldogs post an overall 3-1 record so far this season.
The Bulldogs play again Friday, September 19 against Attica. The match goes off at 6:30 p.m at the Attica Central School.
