Local forecasters are calling for a winter weather advisory which will be in effect from 1 pm this afternoon until 1 am tomorrow morning.
It is expected to be mixed precipitation with ice accumulation for the Genesee Valley and northern Finger Lakes.
Both today and tomorrow, travelers should plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening commute.
There may be periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain resulting in slippery roads and limited visibilities. Drivers are asked to slow down and use caution while driving.
