Weekly Activity Report of Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

 

This past week the Livingston Country Sheriff’s Office arrested two people from Leicester, a 31 year old woman from Mt. Morris and a 63 year of from Livonia.

Vincent B. Brock, Jr., 67, Leicester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Nuisance 1^st Degree and Conspiracy 1^st Degree on May 8.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Brock was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail.  Brock will reply to charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date.

Timothy J. Turner, 59, Leicester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Nuisance 1^st Degree and Conspiracy 1^st Degree on May 8, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date.

Samantha J. Valentine, 31, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged May 17, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Plate Lamp. Valentine was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon own Court on a later date.

Russell H. Maurer, 63, Livonia, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree on May 16, and will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
