LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The second “Warrant of the Week” is for a Nunda man who is wanted by police for Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, an E felony.
According to the weekly “Warrant of the Week” announcement on Monday by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Roberto J. Diaz-Montanez, AKA “Joey Diaz,” was last known to reside at 67 Mill Street, Apartment 318 in Nunda.
Diaz-Montanez is described as being 6’1, 165 pounds, and with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with any information concerning the whereabouts of Diaz-Montanez is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at (585) 245-7100.
Callers can remain completely anonymous if they wish.
Sheriff Thomas Dougherty started the “Warrant of the Week” initiative last Monday, April 13, featuring a warrant for Robert Newland of Dansville. Newland turned himself in two days later, on the following Wednesday.
