GENESEO – A man who is wanted in Ontario County walked in for a court hearing on Nov. 3 and left in police custody.
Matthew Cirasuolo, 35, is now in Ontario County custody for misdemeanor Petit Larceny.

“Mr. Cirasuolo appeared in Geneseo Village Court for a hearing on a Resisting Arrest charge we filed,” said Osganian. “Upon checking his name, the court found that he had an active arrest warrant out of Ontario County.”
The Geneseo Police Department previously arrested Cirasuolo for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree on two separate occasions and Resisting Arrest, Trespass and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on one other occasion. All of these incidents are connected to a woman living in the South Hill Apartments.
Cirasuolo was turned over to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment on their warrant.
