GENESEO — Greg Walsh, 21, who was shot by a New York State Police Trooper after fighting with his father and then pulling a gun, was charged with misdemeanor menacing in the 2nd and is in the Livingston County jail since being released from the hospital.
The incident occurred on Jan 21, where police found Walsh striking his father with a loaded long gun, after not complying with the New York State Police Trooper, he was shot in the shoulder.
He was arraigned yesterday afternoon. in front of Geneseo Town Judge Gerald Smith. He is being held on 10,000 cash or 20,000 bond bail.
