According to a press release from Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganaian, Officers Benjamin Swanson and Zachary Hinkson arrested Susan Sica, 44, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree (D-Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree, Unlicensed Operation, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating without Insurance, Improper Plates and Inadequate Brakes on Veteran Drive.

Officers responded to 4235 Veteran Drive for a motor vehicle accident and found that Sica was in possession of nine individually wrapped bags of waht appears to be heroin, a quantity bag of what appears to be cocaine, allegedly weighing more than 500 milligrams, as well a hypodermic needle, while also driving with a suspended license and numerous other traffic violations.
Sica was arraigned in front of Geneseo Town Justice Kathleen Huston and remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
