VICTOR –This morning, the New York State Police contacted Victor Central Schools about a potential threat in the area. Following an in-depth investigation by the New York State Police and the Ontario County Sherriff’s Department it was determined that at no time was there any credible threat to students and staff.
VCS takes the safety and security of students and staff very seriously and is grateful for the foresight and collaboration of local authorities. Authorities stress that at no time was anyone in danger.
The investigation is continuing.
