GENESEO — The victim of the fatal hit-and-run in Geneseo early Saturday morning has been identified.
According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty, Nicholas M. Iannarelli, 24 of East Amherst was identified as the deceased.
The incident stems from a E-911 call at approximately 3 a.m. Sunday morning of a man dressed in black in the middle of Rte. 63. When Police arrived on scene they discovered Iannarelli just south of Court Street in the middle of Rte. 63 deceased.

The investigation is continuing by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office in cooperation with our law enforcement partners.

According to Iannarelli’s Facebook page he previously went to SUNY Geneseo.
