sLIMA: Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty reports the arrest of two Rochester residents on criminal charges after a traffic stop.
On March 13, 2019, Deputy Connor Sanford conducted a traffic stop on East Main Street in the Village of Lima for vehicle and traffic law violations. During the roadside interview the driver, 70 year old Allen Polvino of Rochester, was found to have his driver’s license suspended four times.

Further investigation also found the passenger, 34 year old Tricia Stoller of Rochester, to be in possession of multiple hypodermic needles, a crack stem and numerous empty baggies. Stoller was taken into custody for Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree.
Polvino was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree. Polvino will appear in court at a later date.
Stoller was transported to the Livingston County Jail and turned over to Central Booking Deputies for processing and pre-arraignment detention. Stoller was later arraigned at the Livingston Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Nunda Justice James Mann. Stoller was released on her own recognizance (ROR) and set free by Deputies.
