Two Avon Elementary Classes Quarantined

Officials with the Avon Central School District say two classes at the elementary school have been quarantined due to a staff member testing positive for COVID-19. Those two classes will be virtual for the next two weeks.

The district says a family member of a staff member at the middle school tested positive as well, so two classrooms in that building were deep cleaned, although no students have been quarantined.
