DANSVILLE – After a brutal beating of a 90-year-old man, a Tyrone resident has been arrested and charged with the assault and robbery.
According to a press release from Dansville Police Chief Charles Perkins, Brad Tunningley, 44, of Tyrone NY was charged with Robbery, Assault and Grand Larceny after allegedly beating and robbing Paul Isaman, 90, from an alleged attack that occurred on November 29.

Over the week Tunningley was located in Amherst and was returned to Dansville where he was arraigned before Justice Weidman and is being held on $75,000 Bail. Sources stated that Tunningley was apprehended in part because he was using the victims Kwik Fill gas card.
Dansville Police Department worked in conjunction with the Livingston County Sheriffs Office, Livingston County District Attorney’s Office and New York State Police Violent Crime Investigative Team.
