LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A Dansville man has a high-stakes trial ahead of him as he prepares to take on the District Attorney’s Office on Burglary charges.

Chistopher Bricks, 29, was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree and other charges when back in June he allegedly broke into a home on Bank street in Dansville and allegedly stole a shotgun and morphine pills.
“Mr. Bricks is a triple felon facing persistent felon status,” said DA Greg McCaffrey. “If convicted, he could potentially face life in prison.”
Pretrial hearings are already underway, and both sides of the aisle are gathering and reviewing their evidence.
