LIVONIA — According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, a man with numerous prior DWI charges was arrested once again after an off duty deputy witnessed him in a public place allegedly intoxicated.
Samuel Ingallina, 44, was observed by an off duty Livingston County Sheriff Sergeant after they observing Ingallina in an ‘intoxicated state’ while trying to sell wooden flag cases to the establishment.
The Seargeant reported the allegation to the office where he was then arrested by on-duty Deputy Joshua Monster and was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated. After being arrested, Ingallina was arraigned in the Town of Avon before Justice Torregiano and was remanded without bail.
Greg McCaffrey, Livingston County D.A., requested that Ingallina be held without bail due to his past history, which includes 7 DWI related charges.
