Trapped Drivers Safe After Head-On Livonia Crash

LIVONIA – Both drivers are said to be O.K. after a head-on collision on South Livonia Road on Saturday.

According to Livingston County Chief Deputy Matt Burgess, both drivers have no serious injuries.

Blowing snow is thought to have been a major factor in the crash.

Firefighters extricated both drivers, who were reportedly trapped. Ambulances transported both drivers to Strong Memorial Hospital.

The Livonia Fire Department responded to the scene. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
