GENESEO – Traffic delays are expected for the next three days as Rte. 20A (Lakeville Road) from the Village of Geneseo to Rte. 256 (West Lake Road) is repaved.
According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, the project will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 8, and is expected to go on for the next three days.
“A contractor will be paving 20A between the Geneseo Village line and Route 256,” said the Sheriff’s Office “So traffic will be more congested than normal between Geneseo and Lakeville.”
According to Google Maps, this is about a five-mile stretch of road.
The project will cover 20A from roughly the area of the Sea Cow Grill in Geneseo to the area of Minnehans Fun Center in Lakeville.
