LIVINGSTON COUNTY — Roxanne Tallman, 57, who gained fame after being found guilty of DWI while driving a car with only three functional tires, has allegedly violated the terms of her probation and is now looking at a state prison sentence.
Tallman, who back in March was pulled over along with her opened bottle of Odessa Vodka, blew a .21 and as a result spent 10 months in the Livingston County Jail and was ordered to serve 5-years of probation.
The cause of her alleged violation of probation was not disclosed in Tuesday’s court hearing.
