GENESEO – The Geneseo Police Department executed the third arrest warrant on a Geneseo man since August, again stemming from Meadow Drive.
According to a press release from the Geneseo Police Department, Kevin Dolison, 21, was arrested on a warrant for felony Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, misdemeanor Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, and misdemeanor Petit Larceny.
“We charged a felony Criminal Contempt because he allegedly threatened bodily harm on a protected party,” said Osganian.
Multiple arrests of this nature are creating potential for harsher sentences in Dolison’s pending cases.
This is the latest arrest warrant to be signed by local justices for Dolison for incidents on Meadow Drive.
On Aug. 2, 2016 Dolison was arrested on a warrant for Attempted Criminal Trespass, a violation, and released by a judge. On Sept. 27 he was arrested for felony Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, two counts of misdemeanor Criminal Obstructing of Breathing, misdemeanor Assault in the Third Degree, and misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child and held in jail on $1,500 cash or $2,000 bond.
In the most recent case, Justice Thomas Bushnell arraigned Dolison and ordered him held at the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
