LIVINGSTON COUNTY – Friday is the hottest February day in Livingston County history.
According to weatherunderground.com, which has multiple stations in Livingston County, temperatures are 72.3 degrees as of 3:21 p.m.
This breaks intellicast.com’s current 71-degree record for February, which was set in 1997.
The National Weather Service, which has a station in Dansville, puts local temperatures even higher, at 76 degrees.
In Geneseo, folks are out enjoying the ‘summer’ weather. Bikes and runners are out. SUNY Geneseo students are tossing footballs and reading outside.
