GENESEO — A Livingston County Jury has found Danielle Allen guilty of Manslaughter in the 2nd Degree. Allen was convicted after admittedly stabbing her boyfriend at the time, Marcus Postell, to death in what she claimed was in self-defense. LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The jury found Kyle LaDue guilty of two misdemeanor charges in a case that charged 18 felony counts of rape. After a four-day trial, LaDue, 21, was found guilty of misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child and misdemeanor Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.
