GENESEO — Law enforcement has identified the driver of the tractor trailer that struck and killed Nicholas Iannarelli, 24, on Saturday morning. According to Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, the driver is Valeri Belioutsa, 54, of Thornhill, Ontario Canada, who was driving a truck for Highlight Motor Group based in Concord Ontario.
