LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The county is saddened by the unfortunate passing of Twister, a member of the Livingston County Sheriff's Office Mounted Patrol, Tuesday night. According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Twister was 18 years old and originally from Tennessee.
