LIMA – A driver was seriously injured after a collision with a tractor trailer on Lake Avenue at about noon on Wednesday. According to first responders on scene, the Ford Fiesta and tractor trailer were driving on Lake Avenue between East Main Street and Dublin Street when they collided.
