GENESEO – The driver of a car that struck a bicyclist Saturday afternoon was found to be unlicensed by the Livingston County Sheriff's Office. According to Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Jaquan McLendon, 25, of Lima, was issued a traffic ticket for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree, a misdemeanor.
