LEICESTER — A Scottsville hunter was so far off his mark while hunting in Leicester he struck a home and not the deer that he was aiming for. ATV Accident in York Sends Uncle and Nephew to Hospital
YORK — Two people were sent to Strong Memorial hospital, one of which was a 9-year-old child, with serious injuries on Saturday after an ATV accident. Sheriff’s Office Announces it Will Not Enforce SAFE ACT Round Limit
GENESEO — Following a ruling by the United States District Court of Western New York, Sheriff Thomas Dougherty has announced that the office will not enforce the seven round provision of the New York State Safe Act.
