LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The Board of Supervisors voted Wednesday to appoint its first new County Attorney in over 20 years. LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The process began to make Mount Morris attorney Shannon Hillier the first new Livingston County Attorney in over 20 years.
