Mount Morris Man Pleads Guilty to Assault
LIVINGSTON COUNTY – One of three men accused of beating another person in the Village of Mount Morris was sentenced on Tuesday. Erick Santiago, 33, pled guilty to Attempted Assault in the Second Degree. Probationer Goes to Prison for Nearly Killing Man on Bronson Hill Road
LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The Geneseo man who critically injured a pedestrian with his car after several legal breaks is going to prison. County Court Judge Robert Wiggins in effect sentenced Greg Walsh, 25, to a minimum of 3 1/2 years and a maximum of 7 years.
