LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The Livingston County Sheriff's Office released a missing person report for 15-year-old female Jyoti J. Sanford. According to a press release from Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Jyoti is an Asian female who is 4'7'' and 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
