LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The late incumbent Assemblyman for the 133rd District has won Livingston County. According to unofficial results, all of which have been reported, Nojay has 62.43 percent of the vote and challenger Rick Milne has 37.07 percent. Statewide, Nojay is pulling away from Milne. LIVINGSTON COUNTY — It was a historical night in Avon as Malachy Coyne became the first Democrat elected to the Avon Town Board since the 60's. Coyne was the top vote recipient in Avon with 1023, Michalski trailing with 1,008 and Jim Harrington with 987. The three were fighting for two positions.
