AVON — Paul and Betty Lou Tilly were honored Thursday night at the Town of Avon board meeting where they were given a certificate of recognition for their contributions to Avon. Supervisor David LeFeber welcomed the Tilly’s and asked them to stand in front of the board as they accepted their award. “I thank you for all you have done for the community,” said LeFeber as he choked up a bit.
