GENESEO — Jay Phillips, owner of popular Geneseo restaurant-turned-catering-business Papa Jay’s, came before the Geneseo Village Board of Trustees tonight to ask for a 90-day delay on Board action regarding the loan they granted him earlier in the year. GENESEO — Geneseo’s popular restaurant Papa Jay’s Homemade Café closed its Reservoir Road location last week.
