GENESEO – A Geneseo pet owner is facing a criminal charge for allegedly neglecting her cat, causing its death. According to a press release from Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganian, Barbara Lynk-Cooke, 28, now faces a misdemeanor charge of Animal Neglect.
