GENESEO – Monday was the first day for the Geneseo Police Department's newest officer. Officer Katelyn Sanders, a Brighton native, has spent the first four and a half years of her law enforcement career in Livingston County. Close Call Means Geneseo Cops Remind Drivers of ‘Move Over Law’
GENESEO – The Geneseo Police Department reminds drivers of the 'move over law' after a close call on Rte. 20A (Lakeville Road). According to Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganian, Officer Michael Donals stopped a motor vehicle on Lakeville Road (Rte 20A) when another vehicle drove by and almost struck him. Sheriff’s Office Welcomes Hondo as Next K9 Officer
LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The Livingston County Sheriff's Office is welcoming their newest officer to the road, a four-footed K9 partner to Deputy Sheriff Michael Wade. According to a press release from Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Deputy Wade and K9 Hondo attended basic K9 team school with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office beginning in January 2016.
