LIVINGSTON COUNTY — The DEC is seeking new participants for its Finger Lakes Volunteer Angler Diary Program for the 2017 open water fishing season. NYLON – The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) said that all ice fishing shanties must be removed to the warm winter and the forecasted early arrival of spring like conditions.
