ZBA Denies Myers Inn Rebuild
CONESUS – The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) voted against the Myers Inn's application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Lake-Oriented Business. Marge DeLena, Charlotte Siepka, and Mari deWit voted against granting the permit. ZBA Chairwoman Patricia Rodman and Tim Lasch voted for it. Inn Controversy Postpones Conesus Zoning Law Vote
CONESUS – Tuesday night's heated, two-hour public comment session ended with the Town Board continuing their public hearing on a controversial zoning law change instead of voting on it.
