MOUNT MORRIS – The Village is selling a plot of surplus land on Fairmont Street that abuts the buyer's current property on Damonsville Street. Road Work in Mount Morris Redirects The Rock Criterium and Road Race to Avon and Perry

AVON – The 2017 American Rock Salt Criterium and Gran Fondo will change locations after the Village oiled and stoned portions of the course. The event now turns into a two day stage race with a criterium to be hosted at the Perry Warsaw Airport and on the following day a road race to start and finish in the Village of Avon. MOUNT MORRIS Electrician and Mount Morris Rotarian Tim Howe received an award and grateful applause at Monday night's Village Board meeting. He's the village's newest hero. MOUNT MORRIS – An apparent knife fight drew over two dozen people to Hopkins Street on two occasions Saturday night. Cigarette Caused Mount Morris Fire that Displaced 7

MOUNT MORRIS – Seven people lost their homes to what has been ruled an accidental fire caused by a discarded cigarette or smoking material. MOUNT MORRIS – Two dogs passed away in Saturday morning's apartment fire on Trumbull Street, which damaged the building beyond repair and displaced seven people.
