LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A founding member of the Livingston County Tea Party was re-arrested Thursday evening on a felony Bribing a Witness charge, and arraigned on a sealed indictment by a Grand Jury before NYS Supreme Court Justice Thomas Moran.
