LIVINGSTON COUNTY— Two Livingston County residents were arrested for allegedly trafficking narcotics. According to a press release from the Livingston County Drug Task Force, Marcie Hernandez , 27, of Avon, was charged with a class E felony for criminal sale of marijuana and class B misdemeanor for criminal possession of marijuana.
