LIVINGSTON COUNTY —  A Livingston County man, convicted of forcible touching in 2008, was arrested for failing to verify or register as a convicted sex offender. Leo Schledorn appeared in Livingston County court to make a bail application along with his attorney, Linsey Quintilone, after being charged with the Sex Offender Registry Act Violation.
