GENESEO — Two Geneseo adults were arrested after being charged with violating a Judge's restraining order and endangering the welfare of a child. According to a press release from the Geneseo Police Department on Jan. 13 Officer  Jeffrey Szczesniak arrested Jason Begnouche, 23, and Samantha Marschilok, 24, who were then charged with second degree endangering the welfare of the child and criminal contempt.
