ROCHESTER — A local business owner was shot and killed in Rochester last week, allegedly by a family member he was fighting with. Ho Tai, 32, owner of Magic Nails in Lakeville was killed last Saturday in his car when he went to pick up his son in the South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester.
