GENESEO — The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory as well as a hazardous weather outlook for the Livingston County area. GENESEO — After a notably dry July for Livingston County, the National Weather Service has advised that torrential downpours are expect throughout the area. The rainfall in the Finger Lakes Region is expected to average three quarters of an inch, with more than one inch possible for areas east of Lake Ontario.
