GENESEO – The Geneseo Police Department arrested a Geneseo resident for a misdemeanor charge and a violation under the Social Host Law. According to a press release from Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganian, Shannon Zenner, 40, and Billy Weston, 35, were both arrested for misdemeanor Unlawful Dealing with a Child.
