GENESEO – A small gathering marked Martin Luther King Jr. Day at the corner of Main and Bank Streets. The gathering took about 10 to 15 minutes. Attendees were free to read quotes from Dr. King and then hung four flags in the bear fountain in Main Street. Alley Cat Owner Re-Hangs Spiritual Flags and Challenges Code Violation
GENESEO — The owner of Alley Cat Purrfect Price re-hung the spiritual flags outside her business and is challenging the Village's code violations, which ordered her to take them down.
