Firefighter Bruised in Lima Blaze Did Not ‘Fall Through the Floor’
LIMA – The Honeoye Falls firefighter who suffered a minor injury at a fire scene early Friday morning did not 'fall from the second floor to the first floor,' as was reported by other media, but merely had his foot break through a weak spot in the floor. AVON – The firefighter who was injured when the roof of a burning house collapsed in Lima awaits another surgery next week. Lima Garage Fire Injures Firefighter
LIMA – A firefighter was injured at the scene of a garage fire in Lima Friday night that is believed to have started when hot ashes were placed in a container in the garage. GENESEO – New York State Police ticketed the driver who struck a firefighter on Friday in bad weather while driving past an accident.
