GENESEO – A Mount Morris resident who was convicted earlier in 2015 of charges stemming from defrauding Livingston County's Welfare system was re-arrested on Sunday for allegedly driving without a license and having illegal drugs and needles in the car with him, while there was already an active warrant for his arrest.
