GENESEO – The Livingston County Sheriff's Office arrested four out-of-county residents on drug charges after a traffic stop on Rte. 20A (Lakeville Road). According to a press release from Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, arrested were: Barney May, 36, of Swain; Damian Enslow, 26, of Wayland; Nicholas Velez, 28, of Canaseraga; and Dylan Outman, 23, of Hornell.
