LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A Belfast drug dealer pled guilty on Thursday to another felony drug charge, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, for possessing 120 bags of heroin in his vehicle with intent to deliver them to another person, when he was arrested back in early November.
